As a member of the Private Client Trust and Estates group, Elena brings over a decade of trial experience to individuals and fiduciaries facing disputes involving the validity and interpretation of wills, trusts, and other fiduciary matters. She has represented clients in various Appellate Courts, Courts of Common Pleas, Magisterial District Courts, and Philadelphia Municipal Court.
Elena’s previous experience includes corporate, contract, and real estate matters, along with civil and estate litigation. She also has a decade of insight into landlord-tenant, condominium, real estate, and contract law.
Elena earned her J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, where she was an editor for the Journal of Technology Law & Policy. She earned her B.A., cum laude, from Franklin and Marshall College, where she was the principal violist and student conductor of the Franklin and Marshall orchestra.
