The Miami Office of Cozen O’Connor serves as a strategic operations base for many of the firm’s domestic and international clients. Located in the heart of Miami’s expanding financial and business district, and in close proximity to federal and state courts, the firm’s attorneys in Miami provide a full range of services. The Miami office has attorneys leading corporate, real estate, and finance transactions, including for startup companies and emerging markets. Miami attorneys handle complex commercial litigation of all types and have particular experience in construction litigation, intellectual property litigation, and related matters, and has an experienced labor and employment practice with attorneys who are board certified in the area. Cozen O’Connor’s immigration practice is headquartered in Miami. Miami also has a very robust insurance practice that includes both subrogation and recovery and insurance coverage.
Cozen O’Connor attorneys practice without boarders giving our local clients access to lawyers throughout the United States and Canada and puts additional practice areas at their fingertips. Some of these unique areas include: tax, lobbying, white collar, securities, transportation, private client services, and others. Attorneys in our Miami office are also actively involved the South Florida community including in the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce, the Beacon Council, the European American Chamber of Commerce, the Estate Planning Council of Greater Miami, the National Association of Subrogation Professionals, Florida Bar Committees, the Dade County Bar Association. Take the SR-112 E ramp toward I-95 N / BEACHES / SR-953 / NORTH LEJEUNE / HIALEAH / SR-836 W / SOUTH LEJEUNE / CORAL GABLES. You will now be on LeJeune Road heading south Take the SOUTH LEJEUNE ramp toward SR-836 W. Once you enter the expressway, take the I-95 exit towards Downtown. Take the MIAMI AVE exit- EXIT 2C- on the LEFT toward DOWNTOWN / BISCAYNE BLVD / BRICKELL AVE.
Take the US-1 N ramp toward BISCAYNE BLVD.
Take the SE 2 ND AVE ramp toward BISCAYNE BLVD.
Continue STRAIGHT to go onto SE 3RD ST. The street will then curve to the left and the Southeast Financial Center will be on your left hand side.
